Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. The role emphasizes delinquency management, rent collection, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will lead on-site staff, supervise leasing, maintenance, and admin tasks, develop resident retention programs, and implement marketing plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in housing industry or related training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, administration & risk under the Community Manager.
• Lead on-site staff and ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies.
• Monitor rent collection, budgeting, and Net Operating Income.
• Coordinate resident retention programs and marketing initiatives.
