Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk management on-site, ensuring policy adherence and resident satisfaction.

Essential duties include coordinating staff, budgeting, leasing, and implementing resident retention programs while upholding fair housing guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD) and related regulations is required.
• Leadership and staff development for on-site teams.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop annual operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
• Ensure rent collections, deposits, and vendor payments are accurate.
• Lead emergency response and on-call duties for the property.
