Job summary

Asset Living in the United States is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager.

You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and finances, ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing; and drive resident satisfaction through strong leadership. A background in affordable housing programs and CAM/ARM credentials are preferred, with a focus on budgeting, marketing, and team development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations under the Regional Manager.
• Manage staff, leasing, maintenance, finances and admin.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and fair housing.
• Develop annual operating budgets and marketing plans.
