Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of an on-site housing community. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administration under the Regional Manager, ensuring compliance with policies and safe housing guidelines.

You will develop budgets, execute marketing plans, and enhance resident satisfaction while coordinating with HR and leadership to maintain performance standards and NOI targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Four years’ housing industry experience or one to two years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community on-site.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and finances.
• Develop annual budgets and operating forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections and vendor invoices.
• Lead emergency response for property incidents.
• Implement resident retention programs and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing guidelines and Asset policies.
