Job summary

Asset Living, a nationwide apartment management firm, seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, and ensure financial performance and regulatory compliance on-site.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in affordable housing programs, on-site leadership experience, and a high school diploma or higher; CAM/ARM is a plus. This role supports safety, resident relations, and budget adherence.

Qualifications
