Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of an affordable housing community under Regional Manager supervision. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, resident relations, budgeting, and a proactive approach to leasing and community improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs.
• Experience supervising on-site staff and leasing activities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a housing community.
• Manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial admin on-site.
• Ensure compliance with Asset’s policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor income/expenses.
• Maintain resident relations, address complaints, and ensure retention.
• Lead emergency response and coordinate with on-site team.
