Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of an affordable housing community under the Community Manager's supervision. You will play a vital role in rent delinquency management and cash flow optimization while managing staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk processes.

On-site leadership will require enforcing policies, fair housing guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with LIHTC, HUD programs, and affordable housing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; two years in housing industry acceptable.
• On-site staff supervision and leasing experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income for residents and applicants accurately.
• Reconcile daily accounts receivable and monitor rent collections.
• Supervise onsite staff and leasing activities to meet timelines.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and company policies.
