Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years housing industry experience.
• Ability to use onsite software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payments, income posting, and reconciliations for residents and accounts.
• Manage on-site staff through coaching, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure property operations, compliance with policies, safety guidelines, and effective leasing.
• Assist with budgeting, leasing, and resident relations.
