Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Assistant Community Manager to supervise on-site operations under the Community Manager. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, and financial tasks to optimize cash flow and ensure compliance with fair housing and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes delinquency management, staff supervision, and implementing annual marketing plans to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction across affordable housing communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required to interact with residents and staff.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and OSHA requirements is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager supervision.
• Assist with rent collection, delinquency management and budget adherence.
• Ensure on-site staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate leasing, maintenance, and administration tasks to optimize cash flow and occupancy.
• Supervise onsite staff, provide training and performance coaching.
