Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on site. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include budgeting, marketing plans, resident relations, and on-site leadership to maximize occupancy and NOI while delivering excellent service to residents and partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of operations including personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance and risk management.
• Supervise on-site staff to ensure policy compliance, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor deposits, rent and invoices.
• Create marketing plans and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and NOI.
