Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the entire operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage all phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.

As the on-site leader, you will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Asset’s policies and safety guidelines, including fair housing requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financial administration, and risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing/ leasing plans.
• Address resident complaints and maintain high customer service standards.
• Head emergency team and ensure timely safety and compliance with company policies.
