Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Richland, WA to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, coordinate leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk management on-site.

The role requires a minimum of two years’ experience in affordable housing or multifamily property management, knowledge of LIHTC/HUD programs is a plus, and a track record of delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and OSHA requirements.
• Experience with on-site software and property management systems.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach and develop on-site staff.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting and compliance.
• Develop annual operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Monitor vendor invoices and financial reporting.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and lease signing processes.
