Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Community Manager to oversee operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while ensuring policy compliance and resident satisfaction.

As a leading affordable housing manager, you will develop annual budgets, monitor NOI, and lead marketing plans to sustain occupancy. Strong leadership and knowledge of LIHTC/HUD programs are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of property operations and staff under Regional Manager.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor leasing activity, resident relations, and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
• Lead emergency response and safety procedures for the property.
