Job summary

Opensity Solutions in New York is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to support our client's office. You will provide mail, copy, reception, hospitality and facilities services across multiple client sites in a defined geographic market.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year in customer service, with strong multitasking and a professional demeanor. It offers up to $21 per hour with occasional travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mail services: metering, sorting, distributing mail and packages.
• Copy services: copy, print and scan tasks per instructions.
• Reception: answer calls and greet visitors professionally.
• Hospitality: maintain conference rooms, kitchens and supplies.
• Floor coordination: stock supplies and housekeeping tasks.
• Facilities: light moves, cleaning and coordinating with client contacts.
