Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to provide administrative support at client sites, including mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities tasks. The role covers multiple Opensity client sites within a defined geographic market and requires flexible weekly scheduling.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ year of customer service. Some travel to Newark, Secaucus, Kenilworth, NJ and occasional trips to NYC are expected. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Mail services: metering, sorting, and distributing mail per schedule.
• Copy services: produce copy/print/scan per instructions.
• Reception: answer calls, route them, greet visitors.
• Hospitality: maintain conference rooms, kitchens, stocked supplies.
• Floor coordination: stock supplies, deliver paper, basic maintenance.
• Facilities services: minor moves and coordination with client contacts.
• Weekly schedule flexibility to cover absences and travel to client sites.
• Travel to Newark, Secaucus, Kenilworth, NJ; Short Hills, East Brunswick; occasional NYC travel.
