Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to join our client offices in New Jersey, providing essential administrative support including mail, copy, and front-desk services with flexibility to cover multiple sites in a defined geographic market.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year in customer service. Ability to lift 40 lbs and move 75 lbs cart, with strong attention to detail and professional interaction are needed.

• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy with details.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: metering, sorting, distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule.
• Copy Services: produce copy, print and scan projects per written instructions.
• Reception: answer calls, route to the right person, greet visitors professionally.
• Hospitality Services: coordinate and maintain client conference rooms, kitchens and common areas.
• Floor Coordination: stock general supplies, deliver paper, basic daily maintenance.
• Facilities Services: handle small moves, cleaning and coordinate with client contacts.
• Travel: coverage to Newark & Secaucus, Kenilworth, Short Hills, East Brunswick, and New York as needed.
