Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support a busy oilfield services operation in Marshall, TX. You will manage high-volume invoice processing, PO matching, vendor issues, and AP documentation in a fully onsite role.

In this position you will work closely with accounting and operations, ensuring accuracy in a manual, paper-heavy environment. Prior AP experience and ERP knowledge are required, with strong attention to detail and prioritization under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong high-volume invoice processing experience.
• Experience with PO/invoice matching, coding, approvals, and discrepancy resolution.
• Experience using an ERP or larger accounting system.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to independently verify work.
• Comfortable working in a manual/paper-heavy AP environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Able to work fully onsite in Marshall, TX.
