Qualifications

• AA degree with accounting concentration, or 2–3 years of related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, electronic invoice tools, and Excel.
• Ability to partner with other departments to support A/P processes.
• Work onsite in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payment of cash outflows for inventory and expenses.
• Assist Supply Chain with payment terms and pre-payments.
• Track timing of cash outflows based on cash forecasts.
• Prepare payments and run recurring checks, wires, and ACH.
• Assist with travel reimbursements and 1099 forms.
