Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support a busy oilfield services operation in Marshall, TX. You will manage high-volume invoice processing, PO matching, vendor issues, and AP documentation in a fully onsite role.

In this position you will work closely with accounting and operations, ensuring accuracy in a manual, paper-heavy environment. Prior AP experience and ERP knowledge are required, with strong attention to detail and prioritization under pressure.

Formación

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong high-volume invoice processing experience.
• Experience with PO/invoice matching, coding, approvals, and discrepancy resolution.
• Experience using an ERP or larger accounting system.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to independently verify work.
• Comfortable working in a manual/paper-heavy AP environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Able to work fully onsite in Marshall, TX.

Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support a busy oilfield services operation in Marshall, TX. This person will handle high-volume invoice processing, PO matching, vendor issues, purchase orders, and AP documentation while partnering closely with accounting and operations.

This is a fully onsite, Monday–Friday position in a manual, paper-heavy environment where accuracy and organization are especially important.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong high-volume invoice processing experience
• Experience with PO/invoice matching, coding, approvals, and discrepancy resolution
• Experience using an ERP or larger accounting system
• Strong attention to detail and ability to independently verify work
• Comfortable working in a manual/paper-heavy AP environment
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Able to work fully onsite in Marshall, TX

Preferred:

• Oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, transportation/logistics, or other operational environments
• Month-end accruals and multi-location accounting
• Microsoft Dynamics Solomon and/or Ramp experience
