Cox Automotive is seeking an Account Operations Specialist I to coordinate and execute SLA commitments, acting as the primary contact for auction vendors and clients. You will engage with clients to understand needs, upsell CAI products and services, and ensure agreed work is completed to expectations.

With a focus on customer engagement, you will coordinate with auction personnel and other stakeholders across all aspects of client interactions while delivering reliable service and maintaining

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1+ year in automotive industry or related field.
• Prior experience vehicle reconditioning is a plus.
• Team-based interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
• Review sale lineup, locate missing vehicles, and ensure on-spot readiness for sale.
• Perform basic client services, monitor reconditioning processes, and coordinate with stakeholders.
