Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing accounts by managing day-to-day requirements.
• Analyze customers’ needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Match customer demand with quotes for freight inquiries.
• Build strategies to increase sales and strengthen partnerships.
• Serve as the main contact for all account communications.
• Organize shipments and ensure adherence to the 'No Fail' policy.
• Collaborate on pricing strategy and account implementation plans.
• Review sales activities and prospects with management.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
