Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and to drive the strategic, long-term evolution of the client relationship.

This role leads daily recruitment activities, monitors KPIs and SLAs, and collaborates with HR, Operations, and Procurement to align staffing solutions with client objectives. Strong leadership and relationship building are essential to sustain growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and account management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build client networks and relationships.
• Knowledge of federal/state recruiting laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts through strong client relationships.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leaders.
• Maintain high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Manage recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temp and perm placements.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and ensure client requirements meet targets.
