Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs. You will lead daily recruitment activities, manage KPIs, and drive the long-term evolution of client programs in collaboration with internal teams.

You will be responsible for growing accounts, maintaining high client satisfaction, and positioning teams for continued success while adhering to company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and improve service levels.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of recruiting practices and federal/state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily recruitment and fulfillment activities to meet KPIs.
• Grow and retain accounts by building client relationships.
• Lead and develop recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews for executives.
• Price and sell staffing services and manage client expectations.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance.
