Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in the United States to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs. You will align with the client’s objectives and drive a collaborative partnership, overseeing daily recruitment activities and KPI achievement to ensure program success.

You will lead a recruitment team, nurture key client relationships, and present regular business reviews.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
5+ years of relevant work experience.
2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and expanding account scope.

Responsibilities

Grow and retain accounts by building strong client relationships with HR and Operations contacts.
Maintain high client satisfaction through surveys and business reviews.
Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to the vertical Director or VP (QBR & QPR).
Price and sell services, including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
Manage recruitment teams to meet KPIs, fill rates, and time-to-fill in a fast-paced environment.
Develop knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, and competition to articulate value proposition.
Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and compliance with policies and contractual obligations.
