Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and the initial escalation point for client questions and concerns.

You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and drive the long-term evolution of the client program, building trusted partnerships and ensuring high client satisfaction. This role emphasizes growth, retention, and alignment with client objectives while upholding Adecco’s service portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2-5 years of managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts through strong client relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve and maintain high client satisfaction via surveys and business reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership (Director/VP).
• Meet KPIs and SLAs while driving process improvements and innovations.
• Price and sell services (temporary and permanent placements) when appropriate.
• Lead recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment and manage performance metrics.
