Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs. You will align with the client’s objectives and guide the strategic evolution of the program through daily recruitment activities, KPI tracking, and collaborative leadership.

You will grow and retain accounts, price and sell staffing services, and build a robust client network.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and develop effective client relationships.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Manage daily recruitment and fulfillment activities to meet KPIs.
• Price and sell staffing services (temp and perm placements).
• Maintain knowledge of target industries and client needs.
• Ensure adherence to KPIs/SLAs and client contractual requirements.
