Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point. You will align with the client’s objectives, manage daily recruitment activities, and ensure KPI/SLA adherence while growing the account and promoting Adecco’s service portfolio.

You will lead a recruitment team, build strong client networks, and drive strategic objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role with a competitive base salary range in the United States.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in group settings.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Proven track record managing recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with laws and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing relationships with key client contacts.
• Lead daily recruitment and fulfillment activities aligned with KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Price and sell services across conversions, temporary, and permanent placements.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, and competition.
