Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact and escalation point, aligning with the client’s objectives and creating a collaborative partnership across teams.

You’ll guide daily recruitment activities, measure KPI performance, retain accounts, improve fill rates, and uphold client satisfaction while representing Adecco’s brand and services (temporary, contract and permanent placements).

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with KPI/SLA governance.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts across Adecco programs.
• Build relationships with client HR/Operations and regional leaders.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services (temp, contract, perm) when appropriate.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs for client programs.
