Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary contact for our client programs, aligning with the client’s business objectives and fostering a collaborative partnership. You will manage the day-to-day recruitment activities, measure performance against KPIs, and position teams for ongoing success.

You will grow and retain accounts, present regular performance reviews, and ensure high client satisfaction while optimizing fill rate and time-to-fill.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider environment.
• Proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction and expanding account scope.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Grow and retain accounts by building strong relationships with client contacts such as HR and Operations.
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and business reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business performance reviews to senior leaders.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate, time-to-fill, and NPS scores.
• Price and sell services including conversions and permanent placements.
• Understand and translate client business needs into staffing programs and objectives.
