Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs. This role aligns with the client’s business objectives and drives a collaborative partnership across recruitment and fulfillment activities.

As the Onsite Manager, you will lead daily operations, monitor KPIs, and position teams for continued success. You will also price and sell staffing services and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing growth and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to groups and individually.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Experience leading recruitment teams in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Proven track record with KPIs and SLAs in client programs.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing strong client relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Maintain a network of industry contacts and participate in professional associations.
• Prepare and present business reviews to senior leaders (QBR/QPR).
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary, and permanent placements.
• Drive innovation, meet KPIs/SLAs, and grow existing and new client engagements.
