Hy-Vee, Inc. seeks an Aisles Online Service Lead to oversee daily center operations and direct labor in the Aisles Online department. The role emphasizes customer service, team supervision, and efficient labor planning in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position requires organizational skills, the ability to resolve customer issues, and adherence to company policies while maintaining a positive team atmosphere.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 6–12 months similar or related job experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to company policies and store guidelines.
• Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
• Answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly, helpful service to customers taking orders.
• Maintains a positive attitude and teamwork to create a friendly environment.
• Provides prompt, efficient and courteous customer service and treats customers as most important.
• Greets employees and learns customer names when possible.
• Assists in customer relations and handles complaints as needed.
• Supervises and directs the work of all employees.
• Organizes and plans labor usage for efficiency and cost control.
• Maintains in-house quality control including cleaning, handling of equipment and merchandise.
• Communicates labor needs, receiving, storage, rotation and delivery issues to supervisors.
• Responds to questions and issues from employees and customers.
• Attends meetings and maintains employee records.
