Hy-Vee is seeking an Aisles Online Service Lead to supervise daily operations of the Aisles Online department, directing labor and ensuring on-time order fulfillment. You will address customer concerns, train staff, and coordinate with department leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, customer service excellence, and adherence to company guidelines, with a starting hourly wage of $15.50–$19.50 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of similar or related job experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and resolving concerns.
• Supervise and direct the work of Aisles Online employees, organizing labor for efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain in-house quality control including cleaning and proper handling of equipment and merchandise.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding labor needs, receiving, storage, rotation and delivery issues.
• Train new employees and complete performance and productivity reviews.
• Attend and participate in team meetings as assigned.
• Answer the phone promptly and provide friendly service to customers who call.
