Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking an Aisles Online Service Lead to supervise daily operations in the Aisles Online department. You will direct labor, ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, and maintain high standards for customer service and product handling.

You will lead a fast-paced team in a retail store environment, coordinating with store leadership to optimize workflows and drive a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of similar or related job experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, assisting with their needs, and resolving concerns.
• Supervise and direct the work of Aisles Online employees, organizing labor for efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain in-house quality control including cleaning, proper handling of equipment and merchandise.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding labor needs, receiving, storage, rotation, and delivery issues.
• Respond to questions and issues from employees and customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Train new employees and complete employee performance reviews; manage disciplinary actions as needed.
