Hy-Vee is seeking an Aisles Online Service Lead to manage daily Aisles Online operations at the Omaha store. You will supervise staff, plan labor, handle customer concerns, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Ideal candidates will bring a genuine passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a fast-paced team in a retail environment. This is a part-time, on-site role with a focus on reliable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of similar or related job experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and resolving concerns.
• Supervise and direct Aisles Online employees, plan labor for efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain in-house quality control and proper handling of equipment and merchandise.
• Communicate labor needs and delivery issues with supervisors; document interactions.
• Train new employees and conduct performance reviews; may recommend disciplinary action.
