• Review suspicious transactions and identify potential fraud.
• Answer calls, emails, chats, and inquiries; assist with orders, deliveries, financing, and account information.
• Schedule deliveries, pickups, and service appointments.
• Maintain friendly, professional, and memorable customer interactions.
• Collaborate with store associates, delivery teams, financing partners, and customers.
• Assist with administrative duties and keep records accurate.
