D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads into onsite traffic and sales. The role manages inquiries from the company website and partners, qualifying leads and booking appointments with on-site sales representatives.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM are essential. Teamwork, reliability, and overtime flexibility are expected to support a fast-paced sales process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, and/or 1-3 years related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Provide attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies.
• Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers online, via chat or phone.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Enter and update information in a customer management database.
• Qualify leads to identify genuine opportunities.
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis).
• Generate a monthly analysis of website traffic, sources, and hits.
• Maintain knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities.
• Develop new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads via telephone, email, and mail.
• Coordinate mass mailing and distribution of materials to prospective clients.
• Perform duties ethically to serve customers and support company profitability.
