D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently seeking an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads into onsite traffic and sales, coordinating with Sales Representatives and maintaining the customer management database.

The role emphasizes qualification skills, data entry, and producing regular sales/marketing reports to optimize performance. The position requires superb communication, teamwork, and strong MS Office proficiency, with occasional overtime and minimal travel for training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and/or one to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Provide attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to sit for majority of an 8-hour workday; vision requirements noted.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies.
• Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers online, via chat or by phone.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Enter and update information in a customer management database.
• Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads with sales potential.
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis).
• Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
• Maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities.
• Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting via telephone, email, and mail.
• Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients.
• Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase goodwill and profit.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Minimal overnight travel may be required for training purposes.
