Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality. They also maintain cleanliness, follow safety and legal guidelines, and assist in training new team members. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, acting with integrity, and supporting diverse customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
