Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues during pick-up.
3. Follow all bagging standards and ensure order accuracy and quality.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
5. Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
6. Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
7. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
8. Support interaction with customers, including those with special needs or older adults.
