Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
3. Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
4. Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
5. Follow all applicable laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
6. Store products in optimal temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
7. Read and follow note instructions, respond professionally to customer calls.
8. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
9. Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
11. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
12. Perform opening and closing procedures, assist in training new team members.
13. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
14. Manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and follow directions.
15. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
16. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
