Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars during pick-up.
3. Scan and bag orders following all standards.
4. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
5. Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
6. Follow all applicable laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
7. Receive and store orders, ensuring optimal temperature storage.
8. Read and follow note instructions, ensuring quality and freshness.
9. Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone.
10. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.
11. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
12. Process orders through the POS system and handle substitutions for out-of-stock items.
13. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
14. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
15. Assist in training new team members.
16. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
17. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
18. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
19. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
