Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and loads orders into customers' cars. The role involves scanning and bagging while following bagging standards, communicating substitutions or issues, and ensuring order accuracy and quality. The associate maintains cleanliness, adheres to safety and legal standards, and provides exceptional customer service to encourage repeat shopping. Responsibilities also include equipment inspection, training new team members, and meeting productivity standards. Candidates should be able to work in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts calmly, act with honesty and integrity, and support customers of all ages and needs.
