Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers select and prepare customers' online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers’ cars. Responsibilities include scanning, bagging, communicating substitutions, and ensuring order accuracy and freshness. The role requires following all safety and legal guidelines, maintaining organization, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties include training new team members, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to productivity standards. The position requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with integrity, and support diverse customer needs.
