Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In this role, the Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. Responsibilities include scanning and bagging items while adhering to standards, communicating substitutions or issues, ensuring product quality, and maintaining organization and cleanliness.
The role requires following all safety and legal guidelines, managing order accuracy, supporting team training, and maintaining productivity standards. Candidates should be able to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, handle conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and support customers with special needs or in vulnerable situations. The position requires the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
