Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers select and prepare online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag items, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality. They follow all safety and food handling standards, maintain cleanliness, and assist in training new team members. The role requires productivity, cooperation, integrity, and the ability to handle high-paced environments. Support is provided to customers of all ages and needs. Performs essential functions with or without accommodations.
