Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities include scanning and bagging orders, following bagging standards, communicating substitutions or issues, and ensuring order accuracy and quality. The role requires adherence to safety, food safety, and company policies, maintaining cleanliness, and managing equipment and stock. Additional duties include training new team members, meeting productivity standards, and working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
