Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items, follow bagging standards, and communicate with customers about substitutions or issues during pickup.

Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety and food handling laws, and supporting team training. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with honesty and integrity. Support is provided for interacting with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. The position requires the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
