Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In this role, you will:

1. Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
3. Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions, and ensure quality and freshness.
4. Follow safety, legal, and company guidelines, and store products appropriately.
5. Communicate with customers professionally and respond promptly to calls.
6. Ensure order accuracy, maintain organization, and report discrepancies or equipment issues.
7. Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
8. Maintain productivity and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
9. Manage conflicts respectfully, act with honesty and integrity, and support customers with special needs.
