Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete selection for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
3. Scan and bag items following standards while maintaining organization and cleanliness.
4. Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness, storing products appropriately.
5. Respond professionally to customer calls and load orders into cars.
6. Process orders through POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions per policy.
7. Maintain equipment and staging areas, report discrepancies or repairs needed.
8. Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
9. Meet productivity standards and work effectively in a high-paced environment.
10. Manage conflicts cooperatively, act with integrity, and follow directions to resolve issues.
11. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
12. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
