Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars when they arrive for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an In-Store Grocery Shopper, responsibly selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customer orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments and coupons, and deliver orders to customers' vehicles at pickup points.
• Scan and bag items according to standards while on the go.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Receive orders from the Order Selector, store items at proper temperatures, and ensure order accuracy.
• Follow specific instructions noted in customer orders.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items selected.
• Communicate professionally with customers via portable phones and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Load customer orders into vehicles, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Process orders through the POS system and manage stock substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
